1. Need Over-Painting: Silicone sealants reject paint. PU-30 allows direct over-painting with architectural facade coatings.
2. Concrete Adhesion: PU forms a tough mechanical lock into concrete pores without requiring costly primer on sound surfaces.
3. Non-Staining: Silicone fluids frequently stain natural stone and granite facades. PU-30 is 100% non-bleeding.
