📐 Professional 4-Step Clamping SOP for PUR-15

1. Substrate Check
Ensure clean, dry surfaces. Rule: At least one bonding substrate must be porous (timber, cement board) to supply curing moisture.

2. Single-Side Coat
Apply thin bead or roller spread to the less absorbent surface (100–150 g/m²). Initial grab window is 15 minutes.

3. Clamp Pressure
Mate parts and apply uniform clamp pressure (0.5–1.0 N/mm²) within 20–25 minutes before tack-free skinning occurs.

4. Cure & Release
Maintain clamping for 60–90 minutes. Full structural cure reaches in 24 hours under normal atmospheric moisture.
